At BlueBird, we offer different shipping methods so you can choose how, where and when to get your order.
If you order successfully on Monday up to and including Saturday before 5 p.m., we will send your order the same day. PostNL usually delivers your order the next business day. Regular shipping is completely free at Blue Bird.
Is your order a bit larger and/or do you live in Belgium? Then we will send your order in a parcel via PostNL. All packages are sent with a Track & Trace, signature for delivery and only delivered to the address provided.
Did you miss the first delivery time? Then the deliverer will try again the next day. You will get a notification from PostNL to change the delivery if the next day isn’t possible. If again nobody will be home to accept your order, you can pick up your order the next day at the nearest PostNL location. Your order will be there for three weeks. Don’t forget to bring a valid ID with you when you pick it up.
Pick up at a PostNL collection point
It is also possible to have your order delivered to a PostNL collection point. In the ordering process, you can find the nearest collection point by typing your postal code. When your order has been delivered to a PostNL collection point your order will remain there for a maximum of two weeks, once the two weeks have passed we will return your order.
The shipping costs for regular shipments inside the Netherlands and Belgium are free! Not at home during the day to accept your package? No problem! See the list below for extra services such as evening delivery, Sunday delivery and shipping internationally, including additional costs.
